Non-human animals have inherent value, just like you and me.

Using non-human animals as a resource, places an external value on them, taking away their right to act in the interest of their own lives. They essentially become enslaved.

This is morally wrong.

Humans who respect the inherent interest non-human animals have for their own lives do not use them.

Non-human animals are not food, clothing, entertainment, biomedical tools or a resource for any other purpose, any more than humans are.
